We had a wonderful two-night stay at Maggie and Andrew's place this week. From the moment I booked, they were very responsive and answered my questions quickly. They also helpfully gave us a list of recommended restaurants, and a link to a bike hire place (we ended up hiring e-bikes which was the best way to see the New Forest! Would highly recommend.) The space is lovely, and as well as a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom, we also had access to a living room with two armchairs and a TV - unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it, but it looked lovely and cosy. There were also tea making facilities off this room, as well as delicious brownies and chocolates. The bedroom itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy and we slept soundly both nights. There were also tea making facilities in the bedroom. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and the power shower was lovely and warm. Finally, Maggie's breakfasts were a real highlight of our trip! There was a wonderful spread of jams, honey, cereals, yogurt, strawberries and orange juice ready for us. One morning we ordered the vegetarian breakfast, and the next we ordered salmon and scrambled eggs on toast. Both absolutely delicious and kept us going most of the day! I would definitely recommend Maggie and Andrew's place if you are coming to the New Forest, and we would love to stay again if ever we are back :-)

We absolutely loved this B&B when we stayed in May 2021. The room was extremely clean with a very comfortable bed - I slept like a log on all three nights! Superb breakfasts with fresh fruit and orange juice, home made muesli, and delicious cooked options. Lots of thoughtful little touches like a flask of fresh milk for tea in the bedroom. Also great for serious cyclists as there was proper secure bike storage. Maggie was very welcoming and I am sure we will be returning one day!

Me and my girlfriend spent our first long weekend away post lockdown with Andrew and his wife Maggie. We had a lovely stay at their BnB with the highlights being the hospitality and an amazing breakfast each morning. As for the area, we enjoyed several bike trails and horse riding. It was a perfect weekend get away to relax and spend sometime in the outdoors. We would highly recommend!

Unless you have a very special reason to stay somewhere specific rather than the Brockenhurst area and you are a couple without pets then this is where you should stay for a New Forest break. Even preferring to be within walking distance of a gastro pub is no excuse as Maggie will rustle you up a fine dinner, with no corkage on your preferred tipples and comfy chairs into which to settle afterwards.
