We're letting only one bedroom, as we want to make our house a relaxed and private environment for just 2 guests at a time. As well as the bedroom, there are two rooms downstairs, exclusively for our guests, where there's plenty of space for a dining table and a couple of armchairs, together with a wood burning stove and TV.

Originally the cottage attached to Brockenhurst's gasworks, our house has been extended over the years to provide very comfortable family accommodation, whilst still preserving many of its original Edwardian features. 

We’ve put together the best rooms in the house for you to form a nice period feel to any stay.
